4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
- Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement for each bonus (typically 10x–30x) has been fulfilled.

- Attempting to steal another member's information or hacking into their account.
- Depositing funds from illegal sources or attempting to engage in money laundering.

7 Intellectual Property & Content Rights
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and games on the Zet77 platform are protected by the intellectual property rights of Zet77 or its respective licensors. 8 Limitation of Liability
Zet77 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, third-party payment gateway delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. That said, we always strive to deliver the best possible experience for our members.
- In the event of a technical error affecting gameplay, Zet77's maximum liability is limited to BDT 5,000 in compensation.
- Zet77 is not responsible for missed games due to internet disconnection.

9 Account Closure & Termination
Members may close their account at any time by contacting support. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account. Zet77 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation. In such cases, any valid balance will be returned, but bonus funds will be forfeited.
10 Dispute Resolution
For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to respond within 72 hours. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to independent arbitration. The decision of Zet77's licensing authority will be considered final.
